IN:SITE provided design services for ATC Partners, a commercial property developer. After removing all existing interior construction including low acoustic ceiling tiles, multiple offices and obsolete HVAC and ducting, we opened the space to allow natural light to fill the space. The space plan allows for open communication between groups and privacy within the offices yet highlights the building’s personality and uniqueness. By commissioning a local photographer we were able to “artfully” photograph certain properties and projects and use these images as a focal point in the space.
