With challenges such as a low ceiling height at the mezzanine and conference room, IN:SITE focused on elevating the positive aspects of the space. By selecting furniture that was scaled appropriately for the space the initial drawbacks in the space became positive aspects of the design.

IN:SITE provided design services for this live/work loft space South of Market in San Francisco. This small but powerful “start-up” company hired IN:SITE to provide good design at a reasonable price.
With furniture and color being the most important elements in establishing a first impression personality for our client, a sensitive yet efficient space plan was of utmost importance. All furniture was planned for maximum flexibility and utmost utilization in the space. Using local furniture dealers, the workstations were customized to provide privacy to the various functions and yet maintain the open “loft” feeling in the space.
