Using woods, metals, fabrics and paints with both warm and cool tones set off the art collection and the building’s architecture. IN:SITE designed the custom lighting, the reception area furnishings, mesh stainless steel screens at the workstations and worked with Susan to find the perfect Italian glass chandelier for her office. It is clear that Magley & Associates cares about your experience in the space and cares about detail.
The 3,900 +/- square foot space was designed and then built in a record 6-week construction schedule. Working as a team with the building Owner and General Contractor the project was completed on time and on budget. |

We were privileged to start with a beautiful shell space in an award winning Green building renovation project and it was important to us to keep the integrity of the clean and open feel of the space. Since we had designed Susan Magley’s previous space 5 years prior, and knew her personality, we really understood her program needs for this space. The focus was to create an inviting space for her clients, employees and friends, provide a functional and efficient layout and maintain large viewable wall space for her art collection. The intent was always to create a quiet and neutral backdrop, which let the design and company’s personality shine through. |
